Our assurance to you is by keeping video proof of your parcel being sent out via Normal Postage at Singapore Post Offices/Boxes.
Videos would be provided upon request and only 7 days after you have not received your items.

We stress that If you want added security, choose Registered Postage under delivery method (Additional S$2.50) for your parcel to be traceable by Singpost.
